Relationship Manager

We’re looking for an opportunity-driven individual who can aid us in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer ongoing support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services to clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client engagement and revenue.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for retention and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and value-added advice to clients.
Collaborate with the management team to identify and pursue potential new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed individual and team targets for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Web Application Development Development, Content Management System, and Digital Marketing is a plus.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for achieving targets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients.

Engagement

Part-time
(Consultancy Engagement)

Schedule

20 hours per week.
Flexible working hours but must attend team meetings as scheduled.
