Digital Media Campaign to promote the Global Tobacco Industry Interference Index 2020
This was a digital marketing campaign to promote and advertise the launch of the Global Tobacco Index (GTI) Report and the GTI Application and establish it as a key reference point for governments aiming to see how countries are ranked according to their performance to counter the tobacco industry interference and to access resources on how to effectively do this.
This project centered on social media and influencer platform marketing to reach the right audiences for the campaign. Multiple communication materials were also developed and implemented across digital channels that promoted awareness and recall for the GTI brand.
Most key performance indicators were exceeded, including generating close to 100,000 views and producing approximately 100 technical content and art cards. The target audiences were legislators and policy makers in Mexico, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Pakistan, and Nigeria.
